What is Beach Walk Talk?
Walking and Running Beach Therapy
Welcome, to Beach Walk Talk! I'm Robyn Igelman and I am excited to share my passion for helping people, and the beach, with you. Beach Walk Talk is an innovative solution-focused coaching and therapy model incorporating mindfulness, walking or running, and of course, the beach! My goal is to help high achieving individuals, adolescents, couples, professionals, & parents live their best lives, attain their goals, and overcome challenges and obstacles, all while maintaining a healthy mind-body balance.
How Does Beach Walk Talk Work?
As an addiction psychologist and grief therapist, my focus is on helping my clients figure out what they truly want or need in life in order to feel positive and energized about their future and gain insight into how they can use their inner strengths to succeed. I will work closely with you to understand your individual circumstances, hear your concerns, and offer a safe space where you can feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and feelings. I find that the beach is a great place to explore life's difficulties and find solutions. Some people find it easier to talk to a therapist about their experiences while walking or running and others just prefer being in nature and near the ocean.
What Can I Expect?
There are many ways for you to join in therapy and my goal is to meet your needs in an environment that is comfortable for you. You may chose to run or walk with me while we talk, or you may prefer to meet in my office, which is located in beautiful San Clemente, CA. First appointments are traditional office-based sessions and office-based therapy is always an option, if you prefer. Once you've decided that Beach Walk Talk is right for you, we will work together to find an ideal schedule and coastal location for our sessions. Regardless of where we meet, I will be there for you every step of your journey. I aim to help you grow from your struggles, achieve your goals, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
